Ранее сообщалось, что Турция и Россия договорились о создании в Идлибе «демилитаризированной зоны» глубиной 15-20 км с выводом оттуда радикально настроенных боевиков.
По информации влиятельного представителя Сирийской армии, джихадисткие группировки активизировались в Северной Хаме и Восточном Идлибе при поддержке турецких военных, которые помогают им с логистикой. Отмечается, что боевики из Корпуса Шама и других группировок не покинули и продолжают находится в Лазкие, Хама, Идлибе и Халепе.
